Hoya polyneura albomarginata
HK$580.00
Available to order
Ask any serious Hoya collector about their favourites and Hoya polyneura ‘Albomarginata’ comes up — guaranteed. The fishbone venation on its slender, willow-like leaves is already mesmerising on the standard polyneura, but the albomarginata adds a crisp white margin that makes each leaf look hand-traced. Delicate, architectural, and deeply satisfying to look at.
Native to the Himalayan foothills, this Hoya grows as a graceful climber or trailer with naturally pendulous stems — practically designed for a hanging planter near a bright window. Slow-growing and compact, it’s a plant you’ll have for years, each new leaf as rewarding as the last.

Care Guide
- Light: Bright, indirect light — essential to keep that white margin crisp and vivid.
- Watering: Water thoroughly, then let soil dry before watering again. Very drought-tolerant once established.
- Humidity: 50–70%. Benefits from occasional misting of the surrounding air.
- Temperature: 15–25°C. Prefers slightly cooler conditions than many tropical Hoyas.
- Soil: Well-draining, airy mix. Don’t overpot — it prefers snug roots.
