Yes. The Causeway Bay showroom is at 4/F, 39 Yiu Wa Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. It is open daily from 12:30–8:00pm; no booking is needed during opening hours. We are about three minutes from Times Square and around five minutes from Causeway Bay MTR Exit A. If you want a particular plant, message us before travelling because stock changes.
Product photos are representative specimens. Live plants can vary in size, leaf shape and colour. If you need to check a particular plant, ask us on WhatsApp before travelling or ordering.
Plantjai offers local delivery across Hong Kong and in-store pickup at the Causeway Bay showroom. After your order is confirmed and paid, delivery is usually arranged within 3–7 business days; in-stock items often ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time is typically Monday–Saturday, 2:00–9:00pm, with the exact slot confirmed by WhatsApp or phone. Large plants or special routes may need a separate check.
Please read the current Refund & Return Policy before placing an order. It currently sets a 21-day policy window, with separate conditions for living plants and gift cards. Living plants should be checked promptly on receipt; contact Plantjai before sending anything back so the current instructions can be confirmed.
