Shipping Policy

Plantjai offers local delivery across Hong Kong and in-store pickup at our Causeway Bay showroom. Contact us on WhatsApp 852-66807550 for large plants or special routes.

Dispatch time

After your order is confirmed and paid, we usually arrange delivery within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

In-stock items: often ship within 3–5 business days
Pre-order or sourcing items: up to ~7 business days, or as stated on the product page
Split shipments: we will contact you if any line is out of stock

We confirm the delivery date and time slot (typically Mon–Sat, 2:00–9:00 pm) by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Coverage & fees

Dispatch: after order confirmation and payment, delivery is usually arranged within 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Pre-orders or split shipments may take longer—we will notify you in advance.
Delivery window: Mon–Sat, typically 2:00–9:00 pm. Exact time is confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
Standard delivery fees:
- All Hong Kong — HK$250 (flat rate)
- Orders over HK$1,800 — free shipping
Stair surcharge: HK$35 per floor / 15 steps where stairs are unavoidable; double for plants over 1.4 m tall (pot included).

Stairs & tall plants

Where delivery requires unavoidable stairs, a surcharge of HK$35 per floor / 15 steps applies. Plants over 1.4 m tall (pot included) are charged at double the stair rate. Extra-large specimens—please enquire first.

Areas not covered

Outlying islands, Kwu Tung, Lantau (except Tung Chung and Ma Wan), Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, etc. are quoted separately.

We do not deliver to restricted border zones, closed areas, or similar locations.

No one home & delays

If delivery is delayed by traffic or force majeure, we will notify you and try to reschedule.

If no one is available and we cannot reach you, we may leave the order outside when safe and send a photo; otherwise a re-delivery fee applies.

Store pickup

Collect at 4/F, 39 Yiu Wa Street, Causeway Bay (daily 12:30–8:00 pm). Choose pickup at checkout or message us on WhatsApp.

Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. If any item is unavailable, we will contact you; otherwise the order may ship in parts.
