Hoya Carnosa Nova Ghost
HK$268.00
Available to order
Part wax plant, part ghost — Hoya Carnosa ‘Nova Ghost’ earns its name with pale, almost translucent leaves edged in soft cream or blush pink that seem to glow in the right light. While most Hoyas already have a devoted fan base, the Nova Ghost stands apart: its ethereal variegation gives the classic carnosa a look that’s both subtle and genuinely striking.
Like all Hoyas, it rewards patience with incredibly fragrant, star-shaped flower clusters that smell faintly of chocolate and vanilla. Hang it, trail it, or let it climb — it looks gorgeous doing all three, and the fragrance alone is worth the wait.

Care Guide
- Light: Bright, indirect light. More sun = richer contrast on those ghostly leaves.
- Watering: Let soil dry out completely between waterings. Hoyas genuinely hate wet feet.
- Humidity: 50–70% ideal, though it handles average indoor conditions well.
- Temperature: 15–28°C. Tolerates a wide range — just protect from frost.
- Soil: Very well-draining — add perlite generously or use an orchid bark blend.
- Flowering: Once established, expect clusters of sweetly fragrant star flowers. Worth every day of waiting.
