Shipping & delivery
- Dispatch: after order confirmation and payment, delivery is usually arranged within 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Pre-orders or split shipments may take longer—we will notify you in advance.
- Delivery window: Mon–Sat, typically 2:00–9:00 pm. Exact time is confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
- Standard delivery fees:
- All Hong Kong — HK$250 (flat rate)
- Orders over HK$1,800 — free shipping
- Stair surcharge: HK$35 per floor / 15 steps where stairs are unavoidable; double for plants over 1.4 m tall (pot included).
