Plantjai Return and Refund Policy
1.1. Our policy lasts Twenty-One (21) days. If Twenty-One (21) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
– for living plant, it has to be in a condition we deem any existing damage/illness/condition is fully removable in time, and to include all part of the stem, rhizome, literal bug, fruit, seed or any propagable tissue or part of the plant. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request of living plant failing to do so.
– for gift card, gift card itself is non-refundable and non-returnable. Any product purchased with gift card (fully or partially) enjoys the same rights as if it’s purchased with other payment method except that refund shall only be made in terms of gift card credit. Expiry date of the refunded credit shall be the same as original expiry date or ONE (1) calendar month from the date of credit, whenever the later applies.
– for pre-order product, no refund, exchange or return request in any form shall be accepted.
– for any other product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
2.2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within FORTEEN(14) days.
2.3. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.1. Without violating any other part of governing terms and conditions, we would try our best to cater any any exchange request. Exchange of product may subject to inventory level. If you need to exchange it for other item, send us an email at [email protected] or contact our customer support team at 66807550.
4.1. To return your product, you should deliver your product to our shop at 2/F 470 Lockhart Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
4.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
