1. 退貨
1.1. 我們的退貨政策允許在購買後二十一(21)天內退貨。超過此期限,我們將無法提供退款或換貨。
1.2. 要符合退貨資格,您的商品必須符合以下條件:
– 活體植物:植物必須處於我們認為任何現有損壞、疾病或狀況可隨時間完全恢復的狀態。它必須包括莖、根莖、蟲害、果實、種子或任何可繁殖的組織或植物部分。對於不符合這些條件的活體植物,我們保留拒絕任何退貨或退款請求的權利。
– 禮品卡:
* 禮品卡本身不可退款且不可退貨。
* 使用禮品卡(全部或部分)購買的產品享有與其他付款方式購買的產品相同的權利,但退款僅以禮品卡信用的形式進行。
* 退款信用的到期日期應與原始到期日期相同,或自信用日期起一(1)個日曆月,以較晚者為準。
– 預購產品:不接受任何形式的退款、換貨或退貨請求。
– 所有其他產品:商品必須未使用且保持收到時的相同狀態,並且必須保留原包裝。
2. 退款
2.1. 一旦我們收到並檢查您的退貨,我們將通知您退款請求的批准或拒絕。
2.2. 如果您的退款獲得批准,將在十四(14)天內處理,並自動將信用退回您的原始付款方式。
2.3. 延遲或缺失的退款:
– 如果您尚未收到退款,請先再次檢查您的銀行賬戶。
– 然後聯繫您的信用卡公司或銀行,因為退款正式記錄可能需要一些時間。

3. 換貨

Plantjai Return and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges at Plantjai. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
1.1. Our return policy allows returns within twenty-one (21) days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
– For living plants: The plant must be in a condition where we deem any existing damage, illness, or condition is fully recoverable over time. It must include all parts of the stem, rhizome, literal bug, fruit, seed, or any propagable tissue or part of the plant. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request for living plants that fail to meet these conditions.
– For gift cards:
* Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and non-returnable.
* Products purchased with gift cards (fully or partially) enjoy the same rights as those purchased with other payment methods, except that refunds shall only be made in terms of gift card credit.
* The expiry date of the refunded credit shall be the same as the original expiry date or one (1) calendar month from the date of credit, whichever is later.
– For pre-order products: No refund, exchange, or return requests in any form shall be accepted.
– For all other products: Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, and must be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
2.2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) days.
2.3. Late or missing refunds:
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
3.1. Without violating any other part of the governing terms and conditions, we will try our best to cater to any exchange request. Exchange of products may be subject to inventory levels.

4. Shipping
4.1. To return your product, you should deliver it to our shop at 2/F 470 Lockhart Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
4.2. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
