Philodendron pedatum ‘Glad Hands’
An aesthetic cultivar of Philodendron pedatum ‘Florida’, which is native to Central and South America, that has narrower and elongated leaf blades that gives distinctive green leaf. It’s a rather easy to maintain plant in Hong Kong as it can easily stand Winter and Summer of the city. Root rotting is uncommon with well-draining potting substrate, but we would still recommend only water the plant when the pot is quite dry as the plant can tolerate droughtiness to a certain degree. Fertilize it from Spring to late summer with balanced/foliage fertilizers.
