You met Philodendron ‘Dean McDowell’ previously, now we are presenting his parenting species, Philodendron gloriosum and Philodendron pastazanum.

P. ‘Dean McDowell’ was hybridised in the 80s with P. gloriosum and P. pastazanum. Since all of them are trailing Philodendrons, as long as they are remained on soil surface, it’s easy to ensure an on-the-way stunning giant leaf.

These 3 Philos might be looking alike at first sight, taking a deeper look, they can be differentiated with velvet/waxy left surface
